The run-around … and run-down

This is a quick note tonight to let you know I haven’t fallen off the face of the earth … yet anyway. (I did, however, slip off a rock wall while gardening the other day and it put a nasty abrasion the size of a football field on my shin. Otherwise, I’m still in one piece.)

I’m in the process of catching up and writing some posts to get you up to date on running, training, and life here at BorB (BostonorBotox.com). Suffice it to say, daily survival, not just road racing, has been a marathon lately.

Speaking of road racing, I ran a decent one last weekend — the Redline Half  Marathon in Longmont, Colorado (my finishing time — 1 hour 53 minutes) and I’m in full swing marathon training at the moment. I completed a 15-mile training run today in about 2 hours 20 minutes while my children were attending a morning summer camp session. (Talk about multi-tasking AND running like a Mother Lucker … shesh!)

A full post and disclosure is coming soon. Thanks for your patience.

TGIF and happy weekend, all!!
